Invoice Etiquette

After your order details are confirmed, you will receive an itemized invoice via email. Please review the invoice in detail and reach out to me immediately with any questions/concerns.

Klassic Kup & Pan orders under $45 require full payment upon receipt.

ORDERS UNDER $45 WILL NOT BE STARTED WITHOUT FULL PAYMENT!

If full payment is not received within 24 hours of invoice receipt, your invoice will be voided.
Klassic Kup & Pan orders OVER $45, the package will deposit policy listed below will be applied.

All Klassic packages require a deposit! Deposits are 50% of your package total and are NONREFUNDABLE.

PACKAGE ORDERS WILL NOT BE STARTED WITHOUT A PAID DEPOSIT.

If your deposit is not paid within one week of receipt, your package invoice will be voided.

Do you ship?

Unfortunately at the moment, Keba Kreations does not ship any klassics or treats. We are working on shipping options for our klassics and will update the website when shipping goes live. Until then, we appreciate your patience!
